Immigration Law

Our immigration attorneys handle both family-based immigration and employment-based immigration.

Our work in family-based immigration includes applying for visas, green cards and citizenship for individuals. On these petitions, we represent sponsors, including parents, spouses and children, or applicants seeking legal status in the United States or seeking to change from one legal status to another legal status. We handle the collection of documents, completion of paperwork and tracking a case to ensure that deadlines are met and interviews are attended as requested by USCIS.

Our work in employment-based immigration includes applying for visas and green cards. On these petitions, we represent the employers. There are a number of employment based visas and each visa arises in different circumstances. For instance, most commonly, applicants will be converting from a student visa to a work visa. While in other circumstances applicants are seeking a work visa for the first time. There are also a limited number of ways to obtain a green card rather than a visa. We handle the collection of documents, completion of paperwork and tracking a case to ensure that deadlines are met and that documents are provided as requested by USCIS.
