Kirk W. Laudeman

Kirk W. Laudeman concentrates his practice in the representation of attorneys and insurance defense litigation in the Illinois state and federal courts.  In addition Mr. Laudeman advises a limited number of businesses on their corporate matters and daily business activities.

His representation of attorneys covers all aspects of litigation, including defense in lawsuits for legal malpractice,  as well as assisting attorneys who find themselves the subjects of subpoenas for testimony or confidential client information. 

He also represents health care providers before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as well as other state regulatory agencies.

Mr. Laudeman has tried over 40 cases to jury verdict and has handled numerous cases in the Illinois state and federal appellate courts.
