Client Alert Highlights - Charles J. Northrup
This first issue of 2004 includes a number of interesting and timely articles. Todd M. Turner and James G. Fahey have written separate articles on changes to the Illinois Procurement Code and employment law. R. Lee Allen has written an important article reflecting a new and significant estate tax decision recently rendered by the U.S. Tax Court. Two articles by Charles J. Northrup are related to recent developments in environmental law on the topics of environmental assessments and corporate officer liability. Mark K. Cullen continues his series on the essential aspects of a sales transaction by discussing the purchase and sale contract. Finally, one of Sorling’s newest attorneys, Jennifer A. Ascher, has written an article on surrogacy as an answer to infertility. Hopefully these articles will be of interest to you.
